This will be the basic guideline of my Commission ToS.
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.

⟣GENERAL TERMS⟣
Write clearly and nicely manner, and provide neat references.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of your commission.
The commission will take between 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on my schedule. So please consider this timeframe before commissioning me.
I will not create a character from scratch; character designing will be charged more than the original price.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work with a watermark on my social media and portfolio. -extra charge of 5% of the total price for private commission.
I reserve the right to leave a small signature mark on the PERSONAL USE commission.
Commissions cannot be used for blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
Failure to follow the provided rules may result in the decline of your commission.

⟣Payment⟣
The currency accepted is in USD | MYR.
Please send the receipt as proof that you’ve made the payment.
Payment Terms: 100% upfront payment required. An initial 50% payment may be agreed upon.
USD Transactions: Payment is via PayPal with an invoice. Alternative: VGen | Ko-fi
MYR Transactions: Local bank payment through QR code or duitNow. (MYR is only accepted if the person is solely from Malaysia)
Commission Confirmation: Don't send payment until a slot is agreed upon. Upon acceptance, I'll send you an invoice.
IMPORTANT:
If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.
◈ I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
◈ I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
◈ Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
⟣Refund⟣
Before Sketches Phase: 100% Refund (if payment is made).
During the Sketches Phase: 50% Refund (if sketches have been shown to the client).
After Sketches Confirmation: NO REFUND.
⟣Workflow⟣
Requirement Gathering: We begin by discussing your needs and preferences. References are a MUST for guidance.
Sketches Preview: I will create initial sketches based on our discussion and your references. You can suggest adjustments at this stage.
Approval & Payment: Once satisfied with the sketches, please make the upfront or full payment to proceed further.
Finalization: I will proceed with line art, coloring, and finishing touches. No further adjustments are allowed in this phase.
Artwork Delivery: I will share screenshots of the completed artwork via social media or Discord. Full payment is required before the final delivery via a Google Drive Link.
Duration: The commission will take between 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on my schedule. So please consider this timeframe before commissioning me.]{#40E0D0}
Rush Commission
Rush Commission:** Base Price + 50%
If a client requests a deadline of less than 2 weeks, it will be considered a rush order and incur an additional charge of 50% of the total commission price.

RAW PSD file: Base Price x 1.8
Rush Commission: Base Price + 50%
*Private fee/NDA: Artwork will not be posted or streamed publicly.
Rights & Ownership
Artist Rights
I retain full copyright of the artwork.
I reserve the right to publish the artwork on my platforms and portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
The Buyer and the Gift Recipient are allowed to:
Use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes.
Print the artwork for personal use.
Claim ownership of the character(s), but not the artwork itself.
Post the artwork online with proper credit to the artist. If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. (Twitter/Twitch/IG/Tiktok: @aideeryushi)
Copyright Infringement
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Using the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing the artist’s credit or signature.
Altering the artwork without permission.
Minting, selling, or using the artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related projects.
